Referring Candidates

  • Special bonus offer available through September 30; Referred candidates must start by December 1, 2010.
  • Submit the resume to tascreferrals@tasc.com.

    • Include the position(s) of interest for specific referrals.
    • Positions eligible to accept referral are indicated by a red asterisk (*).

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Up to $5,000 referral bonus is in effect for referrals received July 12, 2010 through September 30, 2010.
  • Referrals must be hired into TASC (on payroll) by December 1, 2010.
  • Referrals submitted prior to July 12, 2010 must be re-submitted in order to be eligible for the enhanced bonus. If the referral is not re-submitted the bonus will be awarded based on the standard employee referral bonus amount of up to $3,000.
  • Referring TASC employee must be employed by TASC at the time of bonus payout. Bonuses are processed for payment upon candidate's start date.
  • Employees who participate in an incentive plan are not eligible to participate.
  • Anyone involved in the hiring process/hiring decision is not eligible to participate.
  • Candidates must accept an offer of full-time employment into an award eligible position. Full time positions do not include summer hires, co-ops, internships, or on-call, part-time, temporary, consultant or contractor positions.
  • Resumes of current Northrop Grumman employees will not be accepted and are not eligible for a referral bonus.
  • Resumes of former employees who have worked for TASC in the last 24 months will not be accepted and are not eligible for a referral bonus.
