Wood Parker President and CEO

Wood ParkerWood Parker leads a team of nearly 5,000 employees responsible for providing mission-focused advanced systems engineering and advisory services across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and civilian agencies of the federal government. TASC's broad portfolio of services includes cyber security; advanced concept and technology development; enterprise engineering and integration; program, financial and acquisition management; system/policy studies and analysis; test and evaluation; and program protection engineering. TASC also maintains numerous engineering and research laboratories and manages a robust independent research and development program to establish and deliver mission-critical technologies and capabilities.

Pam Drew Vice President, Enterprise Systems

Pam Drew Dr. Pam Drew leads a team of more than 1,000 TASC employees who provide systems engineering, technology and architecture assessment, test and evaluation, and advisory services to the federal and civil, global security and selected military markets.

Al Pisani Vice President, Intelligence Operations

Al Pisani Al Pisani oversees the TASC organization that delivers specialty engineering, technical analysis, life cycle programmatic support and tactical operations support to the Defense and Intelligence Communities worldwide.

Pat Talty Vice President, Mission Engineering

Pat TaltyPat Talty leads a team of more than 1,700 personnel. He is responsible for the execution of an enterprise serving more than 45 organizations across the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense and multiple defense agencies, including the Missile Defense Agency. Mr. Talty’s team supports government organizations across the full weapon systems’ acquisition life cycle. Their competencies include systems engineering and integration, policy studies and analysis services impacting national defense strategy, mission engineering and mission assurance, cyber security and acquisition, and financial management services.

Kerry Rines Vice President, National Systems

Kerry RinesDr. Kerry D. Rines oversees TASC’s organization of highly skilled employees providing systems engineering, strategic planning, studies and analysis, systems integration, operations support, and program protection engineering for sophisticated national systems.

Joe Dodd Vice President, Business Development

Joseph Dodd Joe Dodd leads TASC's business development, capture, proposal, strategy and marketing efforts. He is responsible for extending the company's success with existing customers in the defense, intelligence, federal, state and local markets and helping shape and capture new program opportunities consistent with business objectives. This includes both pursuit strategy development and customer influence activities associated with program formulation, funding and oversight support. Since joining TASC, Mr. Dodd has led growth initiatives foundational to increasing the division's revenues and new business pipeline by nearly 50 percent.

Brad Kopp Vice President, Business Management

Brad KoppBrad Kopp oversees all aspects of business management for TASC. This includes finance and accounting operations, planning and budgeting, contracts and pricing, program business management, and procurement and subcontract administration. Prior to joining TASC, Mr. Kopp served as a director of Business Management for Northrop Grumman's Civilian Agencies group and the Defense group. There, he led many group-level initiatives, including cash flow improvement activities and the IT sector's contract set-up process improvement team.
