Nurturing Tomorrow’s Professionals

Career advice and tips were the topic of the morning when three TASC team members joined other area professionals at Stone Middle School in Chantilly, VA. Ayana Coston, a human resources generalist; Pamela Drew, PhD, vice president of the Enterprise Systems Business Unit; and Steve Rutledge, director of Security; were among 80 professionals who shared their career path and advice with hundreds of middle school students. From education goals to professional opportunities, the speakers encouraged students to take hold of their futures and recognize the possibilities.

The Stone Middle School Career Day is just one example of TASC’s long term school partnerships. In addition to working with Stone since 2003, TASC has supported London Towne Elementary for 10 years and Westfield High School since 2001.
