CNN recently featured the EPA ASPECT program as being extremely useful in detecting oil on the water for the U.S. Gulf-of-Mexico cleanup efforts. Dave Miller is a key member of this team. He works within the Science and Technology Operating Unit´s Defense Intelligence Support Department - part of the Intelligence Operations Business Unit.
